The Journal of Nutrition is published monthly and is the official publication of the American
Society for Nutritional Sciences. Contents include peer-reviewed research papers

biographies of prominent nutrition scientists; and commentaries on controversial issues in nutrition.

Natural Products Industry Center News Briefs
A comprehensive news center that includes breaking news, a product, raw material, broker, and
manufacturer searchable database, legal updates and information, and many other topics. It also
features the Medical Cybrarian Service, a medical librarian that searches the Internet and provides
information on diseases, treatments (alternative and/or mainstream), drugs, statistics, and patient

The Reuters news agency site features breaking health stories. Reuters is another news
agency utilized by newspapers, magazines and broadcasters as a major resource.
U.S. Soyfoods Directory
The Internet edition of the U.S. Soyfoods Directory features descriptions of soyfoods,
the companies that make and distribute them, nutritional information, and recipes. In addition,
there is research information about the health benefits of soyfoods along with lists of books
about soyfoods and of scientists who are studying soyfoods. It also includes telephone numbers for
contacts and a free monthly e-mail newsletter.
